Refunds Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our designs, there will always be slight variations in each one. Occasionally the exact embellishments shown are not available.
Every effort will be made to match each piece as closely as possible. If there was a mistake made with your order, we will gladly correct your order and cover the return shipping charges.

We would like you to enjoy your shopping experience with us. If there is an aspect you were not happy with please kindly inform us so that we can make sure your next experience is satisfactory.

Due to the nature of our business, ALL CUSTOM ORDER SALES ARE FINAL and we cannot offer a refund or exchange once you have placed your order. (This include email and whatsapp confirmation) We work on a standard measuring chart. Kindly compare the measurements of your girl with our chart. Feel free to send custom measurements to us in a message at checkout and we will work accordingly.

We can not be held responsible for measurements sent wrongly.

All requests for refund or exchange must be received in writing within 24 hours after you receive your package, and are subject to denial or approval depending on the circumstances.

SHIPPING costs WILL NOT be refunded.
RETURNING SHIPPING costs will be paid by the buyer.

Refunds that are issued are not given until the items have been returned and are in our possession. No refunds will be given for damaged or worn items.
